Boman said that the god Kwan Te Kong was once a war general who had many services for the Chinese people, especially the Yauw clan "to commemorate his services, every birthday the congregation always celebrates it," he said.

aho ketua kelenteng melalui boman pengurus harian mengatakan, dewa kwan te kong merupakan dewa utama di kelenteng marga yauw  yang saat hut nya selalu dirayakan dengan cukup meriah dengan mengundang banyak umat.
"ritual dimulai pada jumat 6 juni 2025 mulai pukul 17.00 wib dengan menggelar ritual mengundang dewa atau ciapsin,"katanya. 
setelah itu, sambung boman, pada pukul 06.00 wib digelar ritual cheng keng, pukul 09.00 wib ritual cut leng,  pukul 11.00 wib ciok siu dan pukul 15.00 wib digelar ritual  khokun.“ritual di tutup dengan jamuan makan bersama umat ,”terangnya.

boman  mengatakan  kalau dewa  kwan te  kong  dulunya merupakan sosok jenderal perang yang banyak jasanya bagi warga tionghoa khususnya marga yauw "untuk mengenang jasanya setiap tanggal lahirnya umat selalu merayakannya, "ujarnya.
