PALEMBANG, KORANRADAR.ID - Kelenteng Kho Hong Tian yang berlokasi di Jalan Karya Baru atau Talang Buruk KM 7 Palembang akan merayakan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Dewa She Ong Hu pada tanggal 7 dan 8 Juli 2025. Perayaan ini diharapkan akan menarik ribuan umat Tridharma.
Ketua Kelenteng Kho Hong Tian, Arifin, menjelaskan bahwa rangkaian ritual dimulai pada Senin, 7 Juli 2025, dengan upacara Ciasin dan Ciok Siu. Kemudian, pada Selasa, 8 Juli 2025, akan dilanjutkan dengan ritual khokun dan jamuan makan bersama umat. Dewa She Ong Hu merupakan dewa utama di Kelenteng Kho Hong Tian. Perayaan hari lahirnya selalu dipadati pengunjung. "Untuk menghibur umat, panitia juga menghadirkan pertunjukan wayang orang So Lam Ko Ke Sia KM 7 Palembang," tambah Arifin.Arifin juga mengungkapkan bahwa Dewa She Ong Hu adalah salah satu dari empat dewa pelindung yang termasuk dalam 36 Dewa Pelindung Tridharma. Beberapa tokoh yang turut hadir dalam ritual Ciok Siu antara lain Ajun Ketua Kelenteng Cheng Po Bio, Ketua Kelenteng Serikat Efendi, pengusaha terkemuka Sumatera Selatan Efendi, Aji Burhan, serta tokoh masyarakat Karya Baru Abusan. Arifin also revealed that the God She Ong Hu is one of the four guardian gods included in the 36 Guardian Gods of Tridharma.
